Katie Becker, our Executive Director, and Parenting Matters’ programs were featured in the April/May issue of NEXTGEN Family Magazine, an educational and family resource magazine published by the Early Learning Coalition of Manatee County, Inc.
Katie shares her story about how Parenting Matters impacted her life as a newly stay-at-home mom at the height of a global pandemic and why she decided to get involved, first as a volunteer board member, and then as the Executive Director. NextGen also highlights our parenting education and support programs that support parents from a variety of backgrounds.
