
With nearly two decades of dedicated experience in youth and family services, Sheryl Ellis brings a depth of expertise to her practice. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Marriage and Family Counseling. Committed to staying at the forefront of the field, she is currently completing her PhD in Developmental Psychology.
Her dissertation research specifically examines the critical link between prenatal trauma and the early onset of infant mental health symptoms. Sheryl is a Certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) therapist, grounding her practice in effective, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of children, adolescents, and families navigating complex challenges and early life adversity.
