Marianella Vera has been a dedicated member of Parenting Matters since 2015, bringing exceptional attention to detail, a strong results-driven approach, and a deep commitment to serving families. As Program Coordinator, she collaborates closely with referring organizations and parents to connect them with Parenting Matters’ in-home Parenting Education program, as well as other community resources and services. Marianella also oversees data tracking and program reporting, ensuring that every effort translates into meaningful impact for the families served.

A bilingual professional with extensive experience in the service industry, Marianella is known for her collaborative spirit and steadfast support of her colleagues—qualities that make her an invaluable part of the Parenting Matters team.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Minneapolis College of Art and Design and a Master’s in Management from the University of Simón Bolívar in Venezuela. Marianella finds her greatest fulfillment in empowering parents with tools they never knew existed and reminding them that they are not alone on their parenting journey.
