Today on the podcast, Steve is joined by guest Jenny McConachy, one of our Parenting Educators with a strong background in early child development. In this episode, Jenny dives into the topic of sleep for babies and toddlers. Sleep is essential for all of us, but Jenny explains why it is most crucial for your children at the baby and toddler age range, and how to overcome common sleep struggles.

Jenny understands that getting babies and toddlers to sleep is tricky for a lot of parents; their babies aren’t sleeping through the night, they don’t know how much sleep their babies need, they are struggling with nap time, etc. She gives practical advice on how to tackle these challenges with your baby/toddler, how to read their sleepy cues, self-soothing, the importance of transitions, bedtime routines, and more.

Stay tuned until the end where Jenny shares a mission moment where she helped a sleep deprived mom get her baby to sleep through the night so that both mom and baby could get the sleep they needed!
